Main Event Tickets: $89

  • Main Event tickets include access to sample food and beverages from more than 60 of Vancouver Island’s most unique restaurants and purveyors of fine food and beverage.

  • 10 tasting tickets are included with your Main Event ticket purchase to enjoy the food and beverage offerings. 1 ticket = 1 tasting.

  • Additional tasting tickets can be purchased at the event for $1.50 each (minimum of 5 tasting tickets per transaction).

  • Purchases on event night can be made with credit card, debit or cash. Unused tasting tickets will not be refunded.

  • Culinaire is a 19+ event. No minors are permitted. In and out privileges are not allowed.

  • Ticket prices are subject to GST and ticketing fees.

VIP EXPERIENCE

VIP Tickets: $149

  • Ticket holders are welcomed to an exclusive 45 minute VIP experience prior to the start of the Main Event.

  • Culinary offerings during the VIP event will be created by guest chefs from award-winning restaurants and resorts.

  • Libations will include an impressive line up of cocktails crafted by feature bartenders, select premium wines, craft beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • VIP Ticket holders will enjoy 15 minutes of early access to the Main Event to indulge in more than 60 of Vancouver Island’s most unique restaurants and purveyors of fine food and beverage.

  • 20 tasting tickets are included with your VIP ticket purchase to sample the food and beverage offerings. 1 ticket = 1 tasting.

  • Additional tasting tickets can be purchased at the event for $1.50 each (minimum of 5 tasting tickets per transaction).

FAQ’S

CAN I BUY EVENT TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

No. Tickets to Culinaire sell out early each year, be sure to buy yours early to avoid disappointment.

IS THE EVENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes. Guests can enter into the venue via the wheelchair ramp located off the lower pavilion space between the Victoria Conference Center offices and the back of the Fairmont Empress. This entry point is accessible from the driveway off of Douglas Street that leads into the underground parking garage below the Fairmont Empress. Alternately, guests can drive into the underground parking area and use the elevator to go up to level 1 of the conference centre. The elevator will be locked off to level 1. Please exit the elevator and speak with one of our staff or VCC staff for further assistance with ticket confirmation and admission into the event. WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND?

The Showpass ticketing platform will allow you to transfer your tickets to another person. This service is free of charge and is a safe, self-managed process that ensures the recipient of the transfer is getting valid event tickets.  

CAN I BRING MY NEWBORN IN A CARRIER OR STROLLER?

No, minors are not permitted at the event.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

No, all tickets for Culinaire are non-refundable.
